  1. How do I Pay my Booking?

    You can pay online using Visa, MarterCard,. Prepaid bookings are charged in advance at the time of confirmation. Flexible rate bookings also require credit card for payment guarantee, but are charged at the time of check out, you can also pay by Net banking and other payment services through our web site. you can always call us on telephone and make your bookings.

  2. Can my children stay in the room for free?

    Children below 06 yrs will be complimentary sharing with the parents. 06-11 years will be treated as Child with bed and will be charged as per rate, Children above 11 years will be treated as Adults.

  3. Do you have driver’s accommodation?

    Yes, we have drivers one accommodation free per booking

  4. What are the check-in and check-out times ?

    Check In time is 1:00pm & Check out time is 11:00am

  5. Do you charge for cancellations

    Cancellation before 30 days of arrival -Full refund Cancellation before 15 days of arrival - 50% charges Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - No refund; However, we follow a flexible policy on special cases.

  6. What different types of room are available

    Our facilities include 3 well-appointed Deluxe A/C Rooms,3 Superior A/C rooms.

  7. Do you have satellite television and in-house movies available

    All rooms offer a range of local and international news and entertainment channels

  8. How many additional beds can you have in one room?

    All rooms can accommodate only one additional bed.

  9. Do you charge for internet in rooms?

    No we don’t charge on Wi-Fi all rooms are with Wi-Fi connection and its free of charge

  10. Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?

    Yes, a range of packages are available. Please check with the resort before you book the rooms
