Refund / Cancellation

You can pay online using Visa, MarterCard,. Prepaid bookings are charged in advance at the time of confirmation. Flexible rate bookings also require credit card for payment guarantee, but are charged at the time of check out, you can also pay by Net banking and other payment services through our web site. you can always call us on telephone and make your bookings.

1. Cancellation before 30 days of arrival -Full refund

2. Cancellation before 15 days of arrival - 50% charges

3. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - No refund;

4. Cancellation before 15 days of arrival - 50% charges

5. however we follow a flexible policy on special cases.

6. Check In time is 12:00pm & Check out time is 11:00am

7. Please guarantee your reservation against Cash deposit, Service Voucher or Demand draft at the time of booking.

8. A guaranteed reservation will be held until 20:00 hrs. Unless a late arrival is specified.

9. Rooms may be released if payments/vouchers are not issued within cut off periods.

10. In case of a no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation the hotel reserves The right to levy retention charges for the entire stay
